eat: add reCAPTCHA v3 and Cloudflare Turnstile verification support

- Add Cloudflare Turnstile as captcha alternative
- Create reusable CaptchaService for unified validation
- Support switching between recaptcha, recaptcha-v3, and turnstile
- Maintain backward compatibility with existing configurations
