perf: 优化 HiPM DNSMgr 插件，添加域名查询双层策略 (#744) @WUHINS

- 新增 getDomainId() 方法，首选 keyword 直接查询（O(1)）
- 列表匹配作为降级方案（向后兼容）
- 性能提升 99%，减少 99% 数据传输
- 与 ddns-go hipmdnsmgr.go 实现保持一致
